JIMMY ANDREA MONTANARI
Jimmy Andrea Montanari diplomato a Parma inizia la gavetta nel retroscena di un Pub e dopo pochissimo inizia a lavorare nel turno serale come Barman. Successivamente è passato dal notturno mondo delle discoteche all`American Bar, nel quale rimane per lungo periodo, maturando diverse esperienze fino ad arrivare ad essere Bar Manager in Australia per The Aviary, un Lounge Bar sulla terrazza di un grattacielo a Perth.
Grazie a 20 anni di esperienza nella ristorazione nasce Cocktail Botanico®, la nuova generazione di cocktail salutari in grado di cambiare gusto e anche colore durante tutto l'arco della degustazione.

Jimmy Andrea Montanari graduated in Parma, he started to work in the back room of a Pub as an helper and soon after he started to in the evening shift as a Barman.
Subsequently he went to operate as bartender in the nocturnal world of the Clubs and American Bars, in which he remained for more than 2 decades, maturing broad experiences, as being Bar Manager in Australia for The Aviary, a Lounge Bar on the terrace of a skyscraper in Perth.
Thanks to 20 years of hospitality experience Cocktail Botanico® became the new healty generation's cocktail, able to change taste and even color during the whole tasting period.
